PAYMENTS AND CHARGES

We accept Bank Transfer and PayPal as payment. From time to time, despite our endeavour to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s). If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. Shipping charges are determined by the size of your order in total cost and your location. We accept orders via e-mail, customer service, and in store for all merchandises.

When an order is placed on www.houseofdappers.com, you will receive an email confirming the order and the billing details of the order once payment is confirmed. All order paid by bank transfer, should be confirmed by you in our Confirm Order section. The orders are considered done will be when the funds have been received and the product(s) have been dispatched to you. In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

When ordering goods from

House Of Dappers for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes,House Of Dappers is not responsible for any charges that are from customs/duties of your respective locations. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and House Of Dappers cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. Only Indonesian orders are payable in Rupiah prices, all international are charged in USD rates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

• International order comes with free shipping worldwide.
• We use Fed Ex for international shipment.
• You have to know that your item is shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia. It usually takes 7 – 10 working days for the couriers to deliver the products. If it takes longer than usual, please inform us for further help on tracking the products. Also, please note that the custom clearance lead time may be varied depend on each Country’s Policy.
• All international orders are processed securely by PayPal. We don't accept any other payment method.
• We process all international order with our international retail price in USD. International customer cannot purchase with IDR.
• After customers made the payment, any cancellation, change to order items, or other replacement and return, for the convenience of customers, shall not be accepted.
• All international order are final. No exchange, no return. Before purchasing, make sure you check and choose the right the size, color, image description, etc.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your local courier office.

By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
We will provide a tracking number with the information of which logistic we use to ship your product no later than 48 hours after we have shipped your order.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

In the event that an order needs to be exchanged, you will need to inform us on the reason of exchange and we will return your order with a store credit/voucher code. All item(s) sent back to be exchanged needs to be in the condition it was sent.

• The customer will have a maximum of 3 (three) days from the arrival of the item(s) to send it back to us
• All shipping charges that may apply during the return/exchange of product to us will not be compensated by us
• Exchange is valid only 1 time
• Exchange is valid only for size, not applicable for other colors and products

RETURN TO SENDER (RTS) PACKAGES

In the event that an order is returned to us marked as ‘RTS’ (Return to Sender) the customer will be contacted immediately and a postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping. If at the time the customer decides they no longer want to proceed with the order the option for store credit or exchange will be offered. If the customer cannot be reached and there is no reply the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded less the original shipping cost and any duties incurred by House Of Dappers while accepting the RTS package. House Of Dappers is not responsible for ‘unclaimed’, ‘refused’, or lost packages shipped to the stated address given for the order.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You understand and agree that House Of Dappers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. House Of Dappers will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company.

All Indonesian orders shipped by either TIKI or JNE depending on your location, you can request a different company if you need. Please note that international orders are only shipped via Fed Ex or Registered Air Mail with a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages for all orders.

SECURITY

Purchases made through the House Of Dappers Online Store that includes personal datawill not be shared, sold, or solicited. Purchases being payed through PayPal, will be the handled by PayPal's secure connection. All personal and credit card information transmitted through it will not be with shared with us.
